- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days
- Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days (may vary depending on destination)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or weather conditions.
4. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected, order weight, and destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
- International Shipping Costs: International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and order weight. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Simo2 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- Restricted Items: Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific destinations due to local laws and regulations. If your order contains such items, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
- Customs Clearance: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
- Duties and Taxes: All applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
