Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and final sale items. Please check the product description before purchasing.

2. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you need a different size. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and details of the exchange request.
  • Shipping for Exchanges: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days

4. Shipping Costs

  • International Shipping Costs: International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and order weight. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Simo2 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
