SIMO² Returns & Exchanges Policy

At SIMO² — Success Is My Only Option, we honor every customer and stand firmly behind the quality, integrity, and craftsmanship of our products. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we strive to ensure every piece reflects the excellence our brand represents.

Exchanges

We gladly offer size exchanges on unworn items in their original condition.

Because of our premium quality and unbeatable pricing, we do not offer refunds. However, if your item is not to your satisfaction, we will provide a store credit for the product cost (excluding shipping fees and taxes).

Store Credit

If an exchange is not preferred, eligible items may receive a SIMO² store credit equal to the product price minus shipping and applicable taxes.

Conditions for Returns / Exchanges

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • A photo of the product and tracking information must be provided before shipment

No exceptions will be made outside the 7-day window.

Non-Refundable Items

  • All sale items

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item returned without tags or showing signs of wear

How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

  1. Email our support team at [insert email] with:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Photo(s) of the item

    • Desired size (if exchanging)

    • Tracking number once shipped

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided.

  3. After inspection, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days.


SIMO² Processing & Shipping Policy

At SIMO² — Success Is My Only Option, we work hard to ensure every order is processed accurately, quickly, and with the highest attention to detail.

Processing Time

All orders require up to 5 business days from the date of purchase to be processed.
Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Domestic (U.S. Orders)

  • USPS Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping time may vary based on USPS operations, weather delays, or holiday volume.

International Orders

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for international shipping

  • Shipping times may be extended due to customs clearance, which is outside of SIMO²’s control

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Customs & Duties (International)

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees required by their country. These charges are not included in SIMO² shipping costs.
